1. Purpose

The Mosaic Literacy Institute NFP and its Professional Learning Portal are dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based professional learning experiences for educators. This policy outlines the procedures for requesting a refund or course transfer while maintaining the integrity of our certification and CEU standards.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Participants may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, provided they have not accessed or downloaded any course materials, handouts, or video content.
Refund requests received after this period or after course access has begun are generally not eligible. Exceptions may be considered in cases of verified technical issues or documented emergencies.

3. Refund Process

4. Course Transfers

In the unlikely event that Mosaic Literacy Institute cancels a live session or removes an on-demand course for reasons beyond participant control, all enrolled learners will receive either a full refund or complimentary access to a comparable course.
